Can my staff delete orders?

Only if their role allows it. You choose which roles can delete, and every deleted order stays visible to the owner with who deleted it and when.

Can I set special prices for a group of customers?

Yes. Special prices can be saved for an individual customer or a customer group, for selected items or all eligible items.

How does the round-off rule work?

You switch round-off on and set the rule. The final amount is adjusted by that rule and the adjustment is shown on the bill as its own line.

What can drivers do in the mobile app?

Drivers see the pickups and deliveries assigned to them and update the order status from the door, so the shop sees each change straight away.

Can branch heads have different permissions?

Yes. Branch heads and supervisors can be given oversight of the records and actions you choose, separate from shop staff and drivers.
