Do I need special hardware for the POS?
No. CleanKaro runs in the browser and on mobile. Any standard receipt printer and tag printer can be connected for printing.
Can I take advance or partial payments?
Yes. You can record a partial payment at drop-off and collect the balance at pickup or delivery.
Can bills be sent on WhatsApp?
Yes. Bills can be printed, shared digitally on WhatsApp, or both.
Does the POS work for more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own counter, and all orders and sales roll up into central reports.
Are the bills VAT-compliant tax invoices with our TRN?
Yes. Bills show the 5% VAT line and your TRN, with itemised totals and any discounts.
Can receipts be printed in Arabic?
