Can I customise the order stages?

Orders move through Received, Washing, Ironing, Packing, Ready, Out for delivery, and Delivered, which fits most laundries. If your workflow is different, tell us during onboarding and we will confirm what can be adjusted.

Can drivers update order status?

Yes. Drivers update pickups and deliveries from the Driver App, and it syncs to the dashboard in real time.

Can I see orders across branches?

Yes. Owners and managers can view all branches together or filter to one location.

What happens if an order is delayed?

It is flagged overdue on the board, so your team can act before the customer calls.

Can I tag garments and scan orders?

Yes. A tag is printed for every garment at billing, and scanning the QR code on the bill opens the order.

Are customers notified automatically?

Yes. Customers get a WhatsApp update when their order is ready or out for delivery, and an SMS where it is available for your region.
