Pickup and delivery in CleanKaro connects three things: the customer app where customers book, your dashboard where you plan, and the Driver App your drivers use on the road.
1. Add your drivers
Add each driver to CleanKaro. They install the Driver App on their Android or iOS phone and log in to see their jobs.
2. Decide on time slots
Choose the pickup and delivery windows you want to offer. Clear slots set expectations and make the day easier to plan.
3. Let customers book
Customers book in the CleanKaro customer app by choosing services, a time slot, and an address. Your staff can also add pickups for customers who call.
4. Assign jobs to drivers
Assign each pickup and delivery to the right driver based on area and workload. The job appears on the driver's phone immediately.
