The CleanKaro POS is designed around how a laundry counter works. Here's how a typical walk-in order goes from start to finish.
1. Find or add the customer
Search by phone number or name. If it's a new customer, add them in a few taps — their profile is created with their first order.
2. Add garments and services
Pick items from your garment categories and choose the service for each. Prices fill in from your price list automatically.
- Add the colour and any notes to each item
- Add express or special care charges if needed
- Set the delivery date
3. Take payment
Record a cash, card, or online payment — in full, in part, or as an advance. Any balance stays on the order to collect later.
4. Print the bill and tags
Print the bill with its QR code and a tag for every item. You can also send the bill to the customer on WhatsApp.
5. Follow the order
The order now appears on your dashboard. Move it through each stage as it's processed, and the customer can be notified when it's ready.
